Cinthia is fluent in both Spanish and English. Our Hispanic clients can feel comfortable discussing their case with her in their native language. Cinthia holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Liberal Arts and General Studies with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Substance Abuse Counseling from the University of Nevada Reno, with a minor in Spanish. She is in her third year of law school at the Lincoln Law School in Sacramento and will be eligible for her Juris Doctorate in 2018.

Michael Carty graduated from California State University, Stanislaus, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies, in 2009.  He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at Golden Gate University School of Law, located in San Francisco, California.  He has extensive experience in assisting with Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation cases.  He currently works as a part-time Law Clerk at the Carty Law Offices.
